Nexa3D

The QLS820 is a fantastic concept. It breaks the build volume and powder supply into a "build unit," allowing for near complete uptime of the printer itself. The refill, heating, cooling, and parts breakout can all happen offboard.

One of the major subsystems I spent time on at Nexa was the spreader/roller. There were some kinks to work out, but it's a great system. I also worked on the powder elevators.

Nexa3D is a fantastic company. I didn't have too long a tenure there, but they're doing great things.Â
